We are seeking an exceptional Youth Vocal Director (Contemporary Choir) to establish and lead our youth choir for singers aged 9–16.
This is not a casual or recreational choir. Our singers train to professional standards within a supportive, youth-centred environment, with a strong emphasis on ensemble discipline, musicianship, and expressive performance.
Repertoire will focus on modern and contemporary songs arranged for choir, with training rooted in vocal health, blend, harmony, and musical independence rather than solo-led performance.
As a company, we typically undertake up to eight performances per year, and the choir will be a visible and valued part of this performance programme.
The post-holder will work within a clear artistic structure, reporting directly to the Principal and Artistic Director.
